Ambulance staff are frequently in contact with patients who have mental health diagnoses, which can be challenging and demanding. Patients with personality disorders (such as Borderline) tend to have greater contact with emergency services, as a result of recurrent crisis. Therefore, gaining a good understanding of the symptoms, types and treatments, can therefore prepare you to better manage patient care.
